Honorable mention Kaunas Illustration Biennial – April 2020 would be the second time I'd travel to Vancouver Island, Canada, to do an artist-in-residence project at the Ou Gallery. Thanks to Covid-19 I couldn't go and I decided to turn my disappointment into a new project: Mind Travel. With this series of drawings I was able to travel to that place by mind and still have a great time on the island. This resulted in a series of drawings. A selection of this was part of the Kaunas Illustration Biennal (Lithuania), where I was one of the finalists, got an honorable mention and got exhibited at the VDA KF gallery in Kaunas and online at www.irgigalerija.lt
